1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unopened and unused
    • In its original packaging and condition
    • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
